Der Camdeboo National Park besteht aus 24 Kilometern Kiesfahrbahn bietet die Touristen eine Chance, um Buffalo, Red Hartebeest, Elenantilope, Gemsbok, Springbok, Blesbok, Strauß und Schwarzes Wildebeest zu sichten. Der Park stützt ein vielfältiges Spektrum von Tierwelt einschließlich 43 Säugetierspezies, von denen 13 Raubtiere sind. Auch im Karoo-Gebiet befunden ist die Kamala Game Reserve, eine Big 5 Reserve, die sich am Zusammenfluss von dem 6000 Füße hohen Bruinjieshoogte und Boschberg-Gebirgsketten befindet.
